VFAA 2026 Football Registration

IMPORTANT: All registrations are based on the player's grade level as of August 2026. Please submit a new form for each child that you would like to register.

Please register your child according to the grade they will be entering in August 2026. This is the most common registration error. If you are unsure which division your child belongs in, please contact VFAA before completing registration.

Registration is not complete until payment has been submitted.

I hereby acknowledge that my child is voluntarily participating in sports activities organized by the Valley Falls Athletic Association. I understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, and death, which may occur as a result of participation.
